What's the catch?

No catch.  We know that repeated exposure will produce better results but as we're just starting up, we don't think it'd be right to charge you full fare for partial service.  When our numbers increase (circulation), so will the price of the ads.  We recommend you offer a percentage off if they mention your ad so you can best determine if your advertising funds were well spent.
